CARASANA Bäderbetriebe GmbH is a modern, health-oriented wellness company in Baden-Baden. In addition to the Caracalla Spa and the Friedrichsbad, the facilities of CARASANA Bäderbetriebe GmbH include ArenaVita Premium Fitness and CaraVitalis Wellness & Beauty, which are characterized by a wide range of relaxation, recreation and fitness facilities.

We are looking for the next possible date for a Head of Department for the CaraVitalis Wellness & Beauty (m/f/d) full-time (38.5 hours/week).

Your tasks

• Professional and disciplinary management of the wellness department and department employees
• Active participation in the team
• Implementation, sale and scheduling of wellness treatments
• Creation and monitoring of duty and vacation schedules
• Organization, control and assurance of work processes and hygiene standards in all wellness areas
• Department-specific purchasing, maintenance and control of merchandise management
• Planning and implementation of necessary investments in consultation with the company management
• Establishing and monitoring a high level of service quality
• Ensuring consistent treatment quality through regular training of department staff

Your profile

• Completed training in the wellness or hotel industry
• Several years of professional and management experience
• Team-oriented and motivating management style
• Outgoing, open personality with good social skills
• Good communication and strong organizational skills
• Sound PC user skills (MS Office)
• Knowledge of foreign languages desirable
