We are looking for a Commercial employee for the administration (m/f/d) full-time.

Your tasks

• Accounting and finance: checking cash statements, bank deposits, accounts payable/receivable processing
• Personnel administration: payroll accounting, time recording, certification system
• Assumption of general administrative activities
• Customer service: answering customer queries by phone and e-mail

Your profile

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Written and spoken German
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
