Your tasks

• Active guest care
• First point of contact for our Caracalla Spa guests on the way to the spa
• They provide assistance with questions, explain the bathing procedure and the changing area including lockers
• They help guests at the turnstile, at the entrance and exit or at the post-payment machine

Your profile

• Strong communication skills
• Well-groomed appearance
• Great reliability and service orientation
• Friendly and team-oriented demeanor
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Knowledge of foreign languages desirable (English and/or French)
