Social media support (mini-job, home office possible) (m/f/d)

CARASANA Bäderbetriebe GmbH is a modern, health-orientated wellness company in Baden-Baden. In addition to the Caracalla Therme and the Friedrichsbad, the facilities of CARASANA Bäderbetriebe GmbH include ArenaVita Premium Fitness and CaraVitalis Wellness & Beauty, which are characterised by a wide range of relaxation, recreation and fitness options.

We are looking for at the earliest possible date dedicated support for the Social media area on Mini-job basis.

Your tasks

• Planning, creating and publishing creative content (texts, images, videos) for our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram)
• Independent recording of image and video material on site (e.g. on our premises or at events)
• Community management: replying to comments and messages, interacting with our online community
• Development and implementation of social media campaigns to increase our reach and awareness
• Monitoring and analyzing social media activities and creating reports
• Conception, placement and evaluation of advertisements (meta ads)
• Creation and maintenance of landing pages for the targeted approach and acquisition of new guests

Your profile

• Experience in social media management, ideally in the leisure, fitness or wellness sector
• Creativity and a good feel for appealing content, imagery and target group-oriented wording
• Very good written and spoken German
• Knowledge of French desirable
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working
• Confident handling of common social media platforms and tools
• Knowledge of CapCut and Canva as a working basis for video editing and graphic design to efficiently create modern, trendy and appealing content
• Experience with advertising tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite)
