Your tasks

• First point of contact for our guests at the Caracalla Therme and Friedrichsbad
• Active guest advice and support
• Sale of admission tickets and vouchers for the pools
• Sale and scheduling of wellness treatments

Your profile

• Strong communication skills
• Well-groomed appearance
• Great reliability and service orientation
• Friendly and team-oriented demeanor
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Good knowledge of English and/or French
• Experience in dealing with computer cash registers and cashier processes desirable
