Patrizia works in Reception & Sales at the spas. "When you have contact with customers, you have life," is her motto. Communication with guests is close to her heart, and her friendliness and helpfulness make her an ideal contact person. This allows her to respond to the different needs of guests at any time and help them quickly with advice on the right ticket and questions about what to do at the spa. The international clientele in particular brings a lot of variety to the day: in addition to the regular guests from the region and nearby Alsace, many international tourists also come to the thermal baths. On Sundays, says Patrizia Sulsenti, "cultures from all over the world" are guests.

Kathrin is the first point of contact for our guests in the thermal baths. Depending on requirements, she works in the bathing area of the Caracalla Spa, in the sauna area or in the Friedrichsbad. "I would never have thought that the job would be so varied and exciting," reveals the employee. Kathrin personally greets the spa's regular customers with an individual greeting, which is happily reciprocated. Respect and appreciation are very important to the guest attendant - because she knows how much respect contributes to a good atmosphere. She is delighted with her team: "I thought it was great how my colleagues welcomed and supported me!" The flexible handling of work schedules suits her just as much as the trust of her superiors: "It's great that you can always talk to each other."

Staphan is working as an in-house technician and looks after the "sanctuary" of the baths: the thermal water. The systems have to be meticulously adjusted and maintained - around the clock: the technical team works in two shifts between 6.30 am and 10.30 pm. But even after that, the person on duty is always available and can be on site within 30 minutes at the latest. " In addition to the varied range of tasks, it's our great team that I like so much! Cohesion among colleagues, being able to rely on each other and teamwork are very important to us. Everyone pulls together here."

Jessika works as an all-rounder in the Caracalla Shop and at ArenaVita Premium Fitness. From March to November, she also works in the Roman bath ruins, which is particularly exciting as she is very interested in history, especially antiquity. "I've always wanted to work at the Caracalla Spa," she says. She looks forward to her work every day, which is very varied due to the wide range of tasks. "I hope that things continue in the same way, that I can continue to learn a lot and that we can manage everything together as a team."

Larissa is completing a dual degree in fitness economics and has chosen ArenaVita for the practical part of her training. "I've been warmly welcomed here and look forward to the family atmosphere every day," laughs the student. During her working hours, she gets to know all areas of the studio - from registration at the counter to the training area. In addition to her professional qualifications, contact with the guests is particularly important to her: "The gratitude of the members is enormous. They not only appreciate the individual professional support, but are also very happy about the personal contact." Larissa is also allowed to get a taste of the departments of the Caracalla Spa, Friedrichsbad and CaraVitalis Wellness & Beauty in order to get to know the entire spectrum of CARASANA Bäderbetriebe.

Massimo is working in service at the SpaRestaurant. "It couldn't be better for me," beams the charming waiter. He considers his job at the SpaRestaurant to be an "absolute stroke of luck" in every respect. From his very first conversation with his department manager, he felt that this was the right place for him. He appreciates "the good atmosphere, the pleasant ambience and the nice colleagues" at his job in the service department. The pleasant working hours in two shifts give him the freedom to flexibly organize his private interests. This includes meeting up with his work colleagues, who have become like family to him. Together they arrange to go to soccer or visit the ArenaVita Premium Fitness, which is available to employees free of charge, go out together and enjoy the family feeling of a reliable team. For the experienced waiter, it goes without saying that they help each other out when things get tight.

Wilert works as a chef in the SpaRestaurant. In addition to the pleasant atmosphere and the culinary freedom, he particularly appreciates the fixed working hours. Wilert and his colleagues attach great importance to healthy freshness with spicy elements. The menu is always seasonal and offers everything your stomach desires, from breakfast to a small snack and a full lunch to a light evening meal. "The cuisine has become lighter," Wilert confirms the impression. Heavy sauces with cream are a thing of the past. Fast, healthy and fresh is the motto - and the guests appreciate that too.

Marianne is in charge of the pool office and responsible for the needs of visitors and employees: She takes care of suggestions and requests and thus works on a daily basis to continuously improve the service. "How do I meet the guest?" is the initial question that Marianne asks herself and her colleagues when it comes to challenges. Because often enough, "the truth" is not one-dimensional, many complaints are based on misunderstandings and some things can be clarified immediately through a personal conversation. In some cases, both sides need to be heard and careful consideration needs to be given to how a complaint should be handled. Guests always receive feedback - in person, by telephone, email or post. Because: "Complaints also have something good. They provide suggestions for improvements in everyday life," says Marianne.
