Marketing employee – Parental leave replacement (m/f/d)

CARASANA Bäderbetriebe GmbH is a modern, health-oriented wellness company in Baden-Baden. In addition to the Caracalla Spa and the Friedrichsbad, the facilities of CARASANA Bäderbetriebe GmbH include ArenaVita Premium Fitness and CaraVitalis Wellness & Beauty, which are characterized by a wide range of relaxation, recreation and fitness facilities.

We are looking for at the earliest possible date dedicated support for our Marketing team as Parental leave replacement (expected to run until mid-March 2026). Whether full-time or part-time - you can expect a varied job in a dynamic environment.

Your tasks

• Active support of the marketing management in the implementation of marketing strategies
• Take responsibility for your own projects - choose your preferred areas:
  • Social media (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Online marketing (content marketing, SEO, SEA, Google Ads, performance marketing, email marketing, web analytics)
  • Media (print ads, online ads)
  • Print products (e.g. brochures, flyers, posters, CARASANA magazine)
• Planning and organization of events
• Coordination of print jobs in collaboration with external service providers
• Contact person in day-to-day business for guests, suppliers and business partners
• Processing complaints and guest reviews as well as general guest correspondence
• Accompanying journalists and influencers on photo shoots

Your profile

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Creativity and enthusiasm for marketing
• Confident handling of MS Office applications (especially Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Very good written and spoken German
• Knowledge of foreign languages desirable
• Independent and proactive way of working with good time management
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
