In addition to the Caracalla Spa and the Friedrichsbad, the facilities of CARASANA Bäderbetriebe GmbH include ArenaVita Premium Fitness and CaraVitalis Wellness & Beauty, which are characterised by a wide range of relaxation, recreation and fitness options.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for the next possible date for a committed Sales employee (m/f/d) on Mini-job basis.

Your tasks

• First point of contact for our guests at the Caracalla Spa and Friedrichsbad
• Active advice and support for guests
• Sale of admission tickets and vouchers for our spas
• Sales and appointments for wellness treatments

Your profile

• Excellent communication skills
• Well-groomed appearance
• High reliability and service orientation
• Friendly and team-oriented demeanor
• Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts, on weekends and on public holidays
• MS Office skills
• Good knowledge of English and/or French
• Experience in dealing with computer cash registers and cash register transactions desirable
