2025: Modernization of the sauna area in the Caracalla Spa

CARASANA Bäderbetriebe GmbH is delighted to present the modernized sauna landscape to guests of the Caracalla Spa from 11 April 2025. A special highlight: the new GreatSpa panorama sauna with a breathtaking view over Baden-Baden.

The new sauna picks up on the trend of gentle saunas and offers a particularly pleasant climate with a mild temperature of 65°C. Thanks to the innovative combination sauna heater, a harmonious sauna experience is created that is ideal for both beginners and experienced sauna-goers. The impressive panoramic view over the World Heritage city of Baden-Baden gave the sauna its name. The name GreatSpa refers not only to this impressive panorama, but also to Baden-Baden's distinction as part of the "Great Spa Towns of Europe" a UNESCO World Heritage Site that honors the long tradition of European bathing culture.

The Blue Space relaxation area shines in new splendor: freshly renovated, it now offers an even more pleasant setting for relaxation and recuperation. Blue light, gentle soundscapes and finely tuned vibrations combine to create a unique atmosphere that contributes to mental regeneration. Thanks to the innovative loudspeaker technology in the loungers, the sounds can not only be heard, but also felt throughout the entire body, ensuring deep relaxation.

The redesigned footbath area combines design and well-being in a modern way. With numerous stylish footbaths, it blends harmoniously into the overall concept and creates an open, spacious ambience. Inspired by the latest wellness trends, it combines the invigorating effect of the classic Kneipp principle with a contemporary approach to regeneration and vitality.

The sauna area has been specifically modernized and now appears more open and spacious. The restructuring has made optimum use of the space, creating a pleasant, airy ambience - for even more relaxation and well-being.
