For our ArenaVita Premium Fitness center, we are looking for a dedicated and strong leader to join us as soon as possible in the role of Department Manager, ArenaVita Premium Fitness (m/f/d) in Full-time | 38.5 hours/week.

Your Responsibilities

In this position of responsibility, you will assume technical and managerial leadership of the department and, together with your team, ensure the highest standards of service and quality.

Your responsibilities will include, in particular:

• Providing professional and disciplinary leadership and fostering the growth of your team
• Exemplary collaboration in day-to-day operations
• Organizing, Selling, and Scheduling Fitness Classes
• Creating and Managing Work Schedules and Vacation Schedules
• Organizing, optimizing, and ensuring smooth workflows
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards in all fitness areas
• Responsibility for department-specific purchasing and inventory management
• Planning and implementing necessary investments in coordination with management
• Continuous improvement and ensuring a consistently high level of service quality through regular training and professional support for employees

Your Profile

You combine leadership skills with a strong commitment to customer service and are passionate about health, wellness, and high-quality services.

Ideally, you should have:

• A successfully completed degree or vocational training program in the fitness, wellness, spa, or hospitality industry
• Several years of professional and leadership experience
• A respectful, motivating, and team-oriented leadership style
• Strong interpersonal skills and a confident and engaging demeanor
• Organizational skills, strong communication skills, and initiative
• Proficiency in using common MS Office applications
• Knowledge of foreign languages is an asset
